Activists plan a march for "immigration justice" Sunday in Wilmington as part of a statewide campaign.
Witness for Peace Southeast and associated groups will gather at 1:30 p.m. Sunday at St. Mary's Catholic Church, 412 Ann St. Marchers will then proceed to the Cape Fear River and rally in front of the Alton A. Lennon Federal Building on Water Street.
