Increased challenges have been changing the way small farms operate in our area.

During the recent Small Farms Tour that took interested folks to Billy Carter’s farm in Eagle Springs, David’s Produce in Ellerbe and Carter Farms in Ellerbe, North Carolina Cooperative Extension Agents and farmers explained how they are adapting to a changing market and economy.
