GOP majority in NCGA shifts 'effectiveness' rankings of Forsyth legislators

State legislators Pete Brunstetter and Dale Folwell, both Forsyth County Republicans, were ranked in a study released Tuesday among the most effective legislators in North Carolina, partly a result of the GOP's rise to power in the state General Assembly.
