Board approves Stanley incentive

Commissioners approved Thursday a $76,000 incentive for the move Stanley Furniture Co. corporate headquarters to High Point. The Board of Commissioners voted 8-1 for the move that High Point leaders and several commissioners said could be a “tipping point” for the furniture industry in the city.
