State Farmers Market to host Spring Herb Days April 20-22

The State Farmers Market will host a variety of herb growers and vendors during its annual Spring Herb Days. Fresh and dried herbs will be available for purchase, along with a variety of herbal products including crafts, jams and jellies, body lotions and plants. In addition, specialists will be on hand to offer free advice about growing and using herbs. Spring Herb Days complements the daily selection of fresh herbs available now at the State Farmers Market.

Friday, April 20 — Saturday, April 21; 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Sunday, April 22; 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

A variety of seasonal produce is now available, including strawberries, greens, sweet potatoes and greenhouse tomatoes. In addition, visitors can find an array of shrubs, trees, annuals, perennials and vegetable plants in the Farmers Building; shop for meats, cheeses and unique N.C. products in the Market Shoppes; purchase home and garden accessories at Market Imports and enjoy a meal at the State Farmers Market Restaurant or N.C. Seafood Restaurant.
