FiberFest continues weavers, knitters arts

There was a time when every stitch of clothing worn by farmers' families had to be hand made using animal or crop fibers. Carolina FiberFest, a celebration of the weaver and knitter's arts, continues the tradition of those cloth-making crafts during the Got To Be NC festival, May 18-20, at the N.C. State Fairground in Raleigh.
