NC lawmakers expect to gavel session out quickly

The North Carolina General Assembly is returning for another mini-work session that won't see much work at all. The House and Senate were scheduled to reconvene at noon Monday, but legislators say the meetings should adjourn quickly and no recorded votes will be taken.
