Congressional candidates tackle farm worker issue

Congressional candidates on Thursday offered ideas for agricultural businesses in the face of a federal program that would require farmers to check the eligibility of farm workers. All of the Democrats running in the 11th District, and all but one of the Republicans, attended the Farm Bureau forum at the WNC Agricultural Center.
