Public hearing on Ralph Lauren expansion rescheduled

The High Point City Council is rescheduling a public hearing to consider incentives for a possible $142 million expansion by Ralph Lauren Corp. after a legal notice publicizing the hearing failed to be published in time for the hearing to be held.
