Grandin’s ‘ethical’ meat essay available

Renowned animal welfare expert Temple Grandin has made public her essay, “Eating Meat is Ethical.”
Grandin wrote the piece in response to a New York Times writing contest asking readers why it is ethical to eat meat. The contest drew some 3,000 entries.
Grandin’s essay was not amongst six finalists selected in the contest, but it is available here.
