FSIS posts traceback proposal in Federal Register

Proposed changes to USDA’s Food Safety and Inspection Service’s traceback and recall procedures announced on May 2 have been posted in the Federal Register for comment by July 6.
Docket No. FSIS-2011-0009 is titled, “Changes to FSIS Traceback, Recall Procedures for Escherichia coli O157:H7 Positive Raw Beef Product, and Availability of Compliance Guidelines” and can be accessed here.
