Rouzer beats Pantano in GOP primary

Although he wasn't prepared to concede defeat late Tuesday night, Ilario Pantano said it "looks like we lost."
But with all 12 of the 7th Congressional District counties reporting, David Rouzer, the state senator from Johnston County, beat Pantano by 48 percent to 44 percent .
