Hostess warns it could lay off 72 in the Triad

If Hostess Brands Inc. isn’t able to restructure its operations through the bankruptcy court, the company could cut 617 jobs in North Carolina within the next two months, according to multiple notices filed with the N.C. Department of Commerce.
