NC gov's budget continues sales tax fight with GOP

Democratic Gov. Beverly Perdue released her final budget proposal Thursday, a nearly $21 billion plan for next year that faces obstacles from the Republican-led Legislature because it contains a higher sales tax the GOP ran against two years ago.
