Salmonella outbreak linked to SC pet food company

Fourteen cases of Salmonella Infantitis in nine states have been identified as related in an ongoing disease outbreak, including a number that have been traced back to a Gaston, S.C., company, Diamond Pet Food. The company makes dry dog food for a number of brands, several of which have been linked to the outbreak.
