Lack of funding could mean more commercial fishing restrictions

The proposed state House budget for 2012-13 doesn't include additional funding to monitor interactions between fishermen and endangered species in coastal waters, and officials with the Division of Marine Fisheries said that could result in further commercial fishing restrictions.
