Clean Water Management Trust Fund board meets in Raleigh

The board of trustees for the North Carolina Clean Water Management Trust Fund holds its regularly scheduled meeting June 10-11.

The two-day meeting will be in the Ground Floor Hearing Room of the Archdale Building, 512 North Salisbury St., Raleigh.

Sunday’s meeting will begin at noon and the Monday session starts at 8:30 a.m.

The North Carolina Clean Water Management Trust Fund was established 1996 to help finance projects that enhance or restore degraded waters, protect unpolluted waters, and/or contribute toward a network of riparian buffers and greenways for environmental, educational and recreational benefits.

The board of trustees is a 21-member, independent body with responsibility for allocating money from the Clean Water Management Trust Fund.
