FSIS reports change in poultry export rules to Taiwan

Poultry and poultry products slaughtered or processed New York may now be exported to Taiwan, according to USDA’s Food Safety and Inspection Service.

Poultry meat derived from birds slaughtered in New York on or after May 16, 2012 is eligible for export to the Chinese island state.
