2nd GOP primary to determine who will face Kissell in fall

A field of five has been narrowed to two in the Republican primary runoff for U.S. House District 8.
Richard Hudson placed first in the May 8 primary, but he was close enough in the vote total that Scott Keadle could call for a runoff.
