Captains, officials keep pushing for dredging funds

The Army Corps of Engineers' latest dredging of Carolina Beach Inlet, completed last week, allowed for a smooth ride Monday as Capt. Robert Schoonmaker navigated his charter fishing boat from the Intracoastal Waterway to the ocean.
