If you need legal immigrant workers for your farm, where can you find them? The H2-A Guest Worker program is administered by the federal government, allowing citizens of other countries to come to work legally in the U.S. on a temporary basis. These workers are certified by the U.S. Department of Labor and the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service.
