Leland farmer’s market called off for now

Citing difficulty in attracting enough vendors and customers, Leland has suspended its 2-year-old farmer’s market. “We did it with a heavy heart,” said Niel Brooks, the town’s manager of parks and recreation programs. “I know a lot of the customers are disappointed.”
