Pork producer Smithfield Foods Inc. is opening a restaurant in its headquarters town to display its products.
The Smithfield, Va.-based company plans to open the Taste of Smithfield restaurant on Tuesday. Customers can buy salads and sandwiches made with Smithfield pork products as well as ribs and burgers.
