Troxler: NC's General Assembly passes farm-friendly legislation

North Carolina's General Assembly just wrapped up a short session where most of the work focused on hammering out a budget. But, according to NC Ag Commissioner Steve Troxler, a couple of pieces of farm-friendly legislation did make it through.
