New labor rules would mean more jobs for Americans and better protections for foreign workers

Immigrant advocates and American labor joined forces today to support new rules they believe would make it easier for U.S. citizens to get better-paying seasonal jobs in landscaping, forestry, seafood processing and the hospitality industry, and, if not, protect the immigrants who take the jobs instead.
