N.C. Clean Water Management Trust Fund board meets Aug. 12-13 in Raleigh

The board of trustees of the North Carolina Clean Water Management Trust Fund holds its regular meeting Aug. 12-13 in Raleigh.

The two-day meeting will be held at the Ground Floor Hearing Room of the Archdale Building, 512 North Salisbury St.

Sunday’s meeting will begin at noon. The Monday session will start at 8:30 a.m.

The Clean Water Management Trust Fund was established in 1996 to help finance projects that enhance or restore degraded waters, protect unpolluted waters, and/or contribute toward a network of riparian buffers and greenways for environmental, educational and recreational benefits.

The Clean Water Management Trust Fund’s board of trustees is a 21-member, independent board with full responsibility over the allocation of moneys from the fund.
