Renewable Fuels Association defends RFS after governors request a waiver

North Carolina Governor Beverly Perdue submitted an official waiver request of the Renewable Fuel Standard (RFS). The Renewable Fuels Association (RFA) responded to the request today, saying a waiver "would do more harm than good to America’s economy and its energy security."
