NC's Ag Commissioner Steve Troxler willopen the 2012 Mountain State Fair this Friday at the Western North Carolina Ag Center in Fletcher. Commissioner Troxler explains that the Mountian State Fair celebrates the traditions and heritage of mountain crafters and entertainers.
