Farm groups file friend of the court brief in forestry case

Stormwater runoff from tree harvesting and other forestry activities should not be subject to federal Clean Water Act permitting requirements, according to a friend-of-the-court brief filed with the Supreme Court by the American Farm Bureau Federation and other farm groups.
