Children of green card holders who applied for special visas, but who turned 21, waiting for their paperwork to be processed will no longer lose their spot in line.

A federal appeals court has ruled that immigration officials must give priority status to thousands of green card applicants who lost their place in line for U.S. residency when they turned 21
