Virginia horse tests positive for West Nile Virus

First case in equine in a Virginia horse that had not been vaccinated.
 
A nine-year-old horse, a Morgan gelding from Loudon County, is the first West Nile Virus case in equine in Virginia this year, according to reports from the Virginia Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services.
