One of the most respected political prognosticators, Sabato’s Crystal Ball, now lists the 7th Congressional District race as “leans Democratic,” meaning it believes U.S. Rep. Mike McIntyre will defeat his Republican challenger, state Sen. David Rouzer, in the Nov. 6 election.
