Tropical storm watch issued for N.C. coast

As the tropical storm watch for our area continues, Hurricane Sandy has slowed down in the last three hours, moving at just 10 mph now with winds of 80 mph, said the aptly named Sandy LaCorte, meteorologist with the National Weather Service in Wilmington.
