Judge rules for Nash County in plant site lawsuit

An N.C. Superior Court judge has ruled in Nash County’s favor in a recent lawsuit challenging the county’s purchase of land in 2010 that has been identified for a proposed Sanderson Farms chicken processing plant, according to an attorney for the county.
