Weather worries trigger gains

The U.S. winter wheat crop is going into dormancy in the worst shape since USDA began keeping records in 1986, and that’s not the only problem area traders are watching this morning. Rains will return to Argentina later this week, where they’re not needed, causing more planting delays.
