The recount so far: Rouzer trims 11 votes from margin, 3 counties still counting

The recounting of votes in the 7th Congressional District race continued Tuesday at most of the boards of elections in the 12-county district. By 5:15 p.m. Tuesday, nine counties had finished their counts, with little change in the vote totals.
