Today, the FDA’s Center for Tobacco Products (CTP) is providing the public and other stakeholders with another option for reporting potential violations of the Family Smoking Prevention and Tobacco Control Act (Tobacco Control Act) and related regulations with its new Potential Tobacco Product Violations Reporting form . The form provides an opportunity for the public and other stakeholders to report a variety of potential violations.

By making it easier for anyone to report potential violations of the Tobacco Control Act and related regulations, FDA is better able to monitor compliance with the laws, help reduce the health burden of tobacco use on the American public, and protect America’s youth.
