Save the date for the 8th Annual Agricultural Development Forum that will be held on Thursday, Jan. 31 from 9:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. in the Holshouser Building at the State Fairgrounds. Agriculture Commissioner Steve Troxler invites farmers and others interested in economics and ag policy to the seventh annual Ag Development Forum. Admission is free.
Dr. Nick Piggott, an agricultural economist at N.C. State University, will give an economic outlook and update, and Commissioner Troxler will give his annual State of Agriculture address. For more information, please visit the forum website.
The forum is being held in conjunction with the Southern Farm Show.
