EPA extends comment period for CAFO review

EPA announced last week that it is extending the public comment period for 60 days (until March 1) on its 10-year Regulatory Flexibility Act (RFA) review of the Agency's 2003 CAFO Rule. The RFA requires a 10 year review rules that have or will have a significant economic impact on a substantial number of small entities.
