A roundup of responses to landmark food safety rules

With the Friday release of the two first food safety rules, which were mandated by the Food Safety Modernization Act, signed into law by President Obama two years, came a flood of responses from a variety of stakeholders, many of whom had lobbied for the rules and had for months called on the White House Office of Management and Budget to release the draft proposals.
