ST. PAUL, Minn. — Federal Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents arrested ten people today at a Sparboe Farms facility in Litchfield.

Public Affairs Officer Shawn Neudauer said the agents were conducting a criminal investigation, but the arrests were based on "administrative charges."
