NAMA hosts discussion on recall plans and “hold and test” protocol

The North American Meat Association will host a webinar on Jan. 22 at 1:00 EST titled, “Mandatory Recall Plans and Lotting Consideration.”
This webinar will cover critical components of recall plans, including ways to ensure your plan will be adequate if it ever needs to be put into action. It will also cover the proper lotting of products, including how to ensure compliance with the FSIS “hold and test” rule and ways to minimize lot size for sampling.
Speakers include Brett Schwemer, OFW Law Principal Attorney, and Kerri Harris, International HACCP Alliance CEO and Texas A&M University associate professor.
