A White House official said that President Barack Obama will meet Wednesday with Senate Democrats to discuss comprehensive immigration reform, according to a White House pool report.

The official said the meeting will center around an effort to achieve a deal on bipartisan reform, which the Obama administration would like to be struck as quickly as possible.
