N.C. a leader in 'clean energy' job-creation pledges

North Carolina led the country in “clean energy” and “clean-transportation” job-creation pledges during the fourth quarter. The state trailed only California in job-creation pledges for 2012, according to a report released Wednesday by Environmental Entrepreneurs.
