U.S. Rep. Howard Coble (R-NC) announced plans today to provide congressional service to those counties in the 6th District where he does not maintain a full-time office. Congressman Coble said his goal – as always – is to make it easy and convenient for constituents to access the services his staff may provide.
“When the legislature expanded our district to all or portions of 10 counties,” Rep. Coble said, “we knew we were facing a challenge in providing services to a much larger area. We feel we have devised a plan that will allow our citizens to reach our staff in a fairly easy and accessible manner. We hope the residents of these counties will reach out to our staff when we are near their homes.”
Rep. Coble announced today that Amanda Page will conduct regular office visits to Caswell, Durham, Granville, Orange, and Person counties. Brad Langston will travel to Stokes and Surry counties on a regular basis, also. “Amanda and Brad are experienced congressional staff and extremely capable of assisting constituents with any federal issue they may have,” Rep. Coble added. “Amanda worked for more than two decades in our Greensboro office and Brad provided service to Stokes and Surry counties when he worked for Congresswoman Virginia Foxx. We are pleased that our constituents in these counties will be able to meet with Amanda and Brad in person if they desire.”
