Gibson promotes young farmers

A bill that would help young people get a foothold in farming was announced at Hawthorne Valley Farm Monday. U.S. Rep. Chris Gibson, R,C,I- Kinderhook, pledged to lead the effort to include the Beginning Farmer and Rancher Opportunity Act in the Farm Bill.
