The General Assembly's "crossover" deadline was last week. Crossover is the date by which a bill must pass either the House or the Senate in order to remain eligible for consideration for the remainder of the 2013-14 session.

The following bills DID NOT meet the crossover deadline so are now considered "dead" for the next two years:
· HB 298/ SB 365 - The Affordable and Reliable Energy Act (the repeal of the renewable energy law)
· HB 780 - Study Antibiotics Fed to Livestock
· HB 905 - Hog Lagoon Phase Out/Livestock Treatment
