Rep. Paul Ryan (R-Wis.) called the current immigration system “broken” and said a reform bill would help address future labor shortages in the United States.

“Not now but in the future we’re gonna have labor shortages,” Ryan said in a contentious interview with conservative radio host Laura Ingraham on Wednesday.
