Sponsor pulls back on NC immigration enforcement, driving permits legislation

Short of support from fellow Republicans, Rep. Harry Warren of Salisbury today pulled back most of his bill to offer driving privileges for immigrants here illegally and institute tough Arizona-style immigration enforcement measures in North Carolina.
