Rep. Virginia Foxx, R-5th, announced Tuesday that she will not run for the U.S. Senate. Foxx led the pack in a recent poll asking Republicans who they favored to run against North Carolina’s junior U.S. Sen. Kay Hagan, a Democrat, in 2014.
